Returns Policy


Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel a booked session or program with 48 hour's notice. Please Note:  If a client CANCELS their appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50%of the service cost is payable. If a transcript has already been prepared 50% of the session cost will be applied, regardless of the time the request is made.  Exceptions to this fee may be made in cases of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of Flourish Hypnotherapy.

3. Rescheduling: Clients are welcome to RESCHEDULE their appointments without incurring a cancellation fee if done within 24 hours of the original appointment time.

4. Missed Appointments (No-shows): Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment and do not provide advance notice of cancellation or rescheduling will be charged the FULL SERVICE FEE.

5. Cancellation Process: Clients must notify Flourish Hypnotherapy of their cancellation or rescheduling request through our official communication channels, which may include phone, email, or via txt message. Flourish Hypnotherapy reserves the right to confirm all cancellations and rescheduled appointments. Flourish Hypnotherapy reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed sessions at their discretion.

6. Refunds: Any applicable refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation, using the original payment method, if applicable. Refunds are NOT offered for clients who have already commenced any program.

7. Cancellation Fee Disputes: If a client believes they were wrongly charged a cancellation fee, they must contact Flourish Hypnotherapy in writing with supporting documentation within 7 days of the cancelled appointment. Flourish Hypnotherapy will review the dispute and make a final decision.

8. Policy Modifications: Flourish Hypnotherapy reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By booking a service with Flourish Hypnotherapy, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by this cancellation policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in applicable cancellation fees or charges. Client details are forwarded onto Debt Collection Agency as required.
