I work closely with my clients to establish their eating habits and patterns, triggers and behaviours that you may not realise you have surrounding food. I personalise each client’s sessions to suit them, as I do not believe in”one size fits all” when it comes to weight loss. We have a detailed discussion in session one, that follows onto the first hypnotherapy session.
Depending on how much weight the client is seeking to lose, depends on the amount of sessions I will recommend.
