I work closely with my clients to establish their eating habits and patterns, triggers and behaviours that you may not realise you have surrounding food. I personalise each client’s program to suit them, as I do not believe in “one size fits all” when it comes to weight loss. We have a detailed discussion in session one, that follows onto the first hypnotherapy session. Throughout the hypnotherapy session the client will be of the belief that they have actually had the Gastric Band placed onto the top part of their stomach. The aim is for your body to respond to this suggestion by making you feel fuller quicker, as if you had the real surgery.
Unlike with diets, getting a virtual gastric band is designed to help you make big lifestyle changes. By recognising and addressing underlying issues, helping you to recognise triggers, and working with your subconscious to help you to feel fuller for longer, hypnotherapy can help you make lifelong positive changes to your eating habits and weight issues. There is a minimum amount of four sessions per client, and this is determined by how much weight the client wants to lose.
As a bonus to my clients I include additional sessions into the program such as portion sizes, sugar cravings, exercise motivation, water consumption and stress. Future follow up sessions may be advised at the conclusion of the program, as this can be helpful in achieving and maintaining your long term weight loss goals. You receive ongoing daily support from myself, which enables you to remain focused on getting through the day, without falling back into bad habits.
